We’re launching exclusively to PC, although we also have future plans for cross-compatible mobile versions of the game allowing you engage in cerebral strategy gameplay whether you’re hunched over your cogitator or using your data-slate on the move. Predicative gameplay gives way to initiative-based abilities - units can take snapshots, throw grenades even call upon off-board artillery and psychic powers. ‘Regicide’ mode significantly alters the traditional game, adding a secondary ‘action’ phase to each player turn. Regicide features two play modes - ‘Classic’ is straight-up Warhammer 40,000 Chess, featuring one-on-one executions (the kills that are featured in the gameplay trailer are some of the in-game kills).
